Are you an experienced Change Manager with a passion for driving transformation in the HR, Payroll, and Human Capital Management (HCM) space? This is an exciting opportunity to lead change initiatives for a not-for-profit organisation implementing a new HCM solution.

About the Role

As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for an end-to-end change management of a major HRIS system implementation. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will develop and execute a change strategy that ensures a smooth transition and successful adoption of the new system.

Key Responsibilities

βœ… Change Strategy & Planning

β€’β€’ Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the HCM system implementation.
β€’ Identify change impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies to support business readiness.
β€’ Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and senior leadership to align change initiatives with organisational goals.

βœ… Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

β€’ Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
β€’ Develop and deliver targeted communications and engagement plans to drive awareness and adoption.
β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on change best practices.

βœ… Training & Capability Building

β€’ Support training initiatives to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed for the transition.
β€’ Develop training programs aligning with business needs.
β€’ Provide ongoing support and resources to sustain long-term adoption.

βœ… Change Impact & Adoption Monitoring

β€’ Develop and track key change management metrics to measure success.
β€’ Gather feedback, conduct impact assessments, and adjust change plans as needed.
β€’ Ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to HR and Payroll operations.

Key Requirements

βœ” Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally in HRIS, HR, or Payroll system implementations.
βœ” Strong background in organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness.
βœ” Ability to work in a not-for-profit or purpose-driven environment (desirable).
βœ” Experience delivering change within large-scale technology projects.
βœ” Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
βœ” Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is a plus.
