You will report to an expert security engineering lead and will be given the opportunity to shape this role and take full ownership. You will be able to work with the best of security technologies and collaborate with other teams so you can fully focus on the security aspects of their Azure tenancies. About the Role * Take ownership of the Azure tenancies to design and implement best practice secure cloud environments and keep an eye on any security incidents in collaboration with the external SOC. * Drive security assessments and lead the conversation about cloud security when collaborating with other technical teams such as infrastructure/DevOps but also external vendors. * Implement strong controls and assure documentation and policy requirements are met. * Get hands-on from day one. About you * Possess strong cloud engineering and security experience in Azure. * Have worked in a complex and fast moving environment to be proficient across cloud security best practice. * Ideally worked in a financial services business but this is not a must. * You are familiar with CSPM, RBAC and MFA and have a strong understanding of security compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.). * Have closely collaborated with other teams such as DevOps, Infrastructure and the business. * Strong working experience in security automation, scripting, and how to design and implement best practice.
