Dynamics 365 Administrator

This role offers a unique opportunity to join one of Australia's most iconic brands, during a technical upgrade program. As the Applications Administrator, you will use your skills and experience to manage the continuous upgrades and service patches for the organisations various applications, namely Dynamics 365, Azure and F&O. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dynamics expert to continue their career growth working across a variety of platforms with a modern technology stack, with ample learning and development opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Act as the expert for all things integration related to the Dynamics 365 Platform
* Collaborate with the broader BAU team to ensure the effective and reliable function of CRM and F&O Applications
* Work with technology vendors and external partners to assist in issue resolution and continuous improvement.
* Supporting the ongoing improvement of the Dynamics Platform with day-to-day upgrades and service patches
* Support the broader business offering expert advice and solutions on all things CRM

Key Experience

* Track record of working in cross functional technical teams
* 2+ Years Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Extensive experience with CRM Integrations
* Hands on experience with XRM Toolbox
* Relevant Microsoft Certifications will be highly regarded
