Kiosk Support Representative

Kiosk Support Representative * Sydney CBD location, start date 16 September, 3 month daily rate contract. * Face to face customer support to internal staff of large Australian business. * Background in retail, sales or related desired + IT savy desired. * $310.00 - $330.00 incl. Super per day. One of our biggest clients, and a well known Australian business is seeking outgoing and energetic customer focused representatives to support internal staff in a kiosk like environment on a 2 1/2 to 3 month contract. About the role: * Engage with internal employees face to face and support them from an admin perspective. * Have conversations with employees about online hygiene and best practice. About you: * Proven experience in a retail, sales or related working environment. * Face to face customer support experience is a must. * Strong communication skills and customer service skills. * IT savy and maybe even a passion for technology/cyber security. * Available to start on 16 September.
