I started working as a Recruiter in Sydney in 2000, where I was responsible for recruiting across the financial sector for market-leading companies. I later moved to London, where I spent 10 years developing my career across audit, risk and compliance within the specialist boutique search market.
In mid-2016, I returned to Melbourne and started working at Emmbr, partially due to the company's commitment to ethical recruiting. My specialisation is to ensure our Customers’ success in finding talent solutions across the roles of Project Management, PMO, Change, Communications, Transformation and Business Analysis. Through my extensive network in the Melbourne market, I can tap into quality Technology Transformation professionals quickly and easily.
For me, taking a strong candidate to market is always satisfying. I enjoy that moment when they have found the right opportunity, and you know the client is onto a winner. That's the moment when everyone in the recruitment process realises the true value of a relationship-driven approach.
My career at Emmbr is also valuable for me to show my three beautiful children how important it is to work hard and have a goal and purpose in their lives.
On the weekend, I love playing hockey and spending time with my beautiful Groodle dog called Lilah!
