This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join a not-for-profit organisation, as part of an IT team which allows for fantastic growth opportunities.
About you
- Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies - M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
- Experience offering support both remotely and in person.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Relevant qualifications in IT or related field.
About the role
- Providing Level 1 customer service to users remotely and in person.
- Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.
- Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.
- Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business.
