Solutions Engineer (M365/Power Platform)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Engineer to join a forward-thinking, market-leading professional services organisation. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise/bespoke applications, while playing a pivotal role in the adoption of new technologies transformative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
* Work on the design and delivery of bespoke software solutions tailored to business needs.
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful AI integration across the organization.
* Ensure best-in-class application performance, scalability, and security.
* Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions with a strong commercial focus.
* Oversee the full application lifecycle from development and deployment to support and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

* Proven expertise in Power Platform and M365, with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture.
* Experience building and supporting custom applications, with a solid software development background.
* Technical skills in Azure, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
* A commercially minded approach with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
* High level of professionalism and presentation - capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and representing the company externally when required.
* Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to AI implementation projects, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent business processes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
