GRC Analyst

This is a rare opportunity to join a large, established yet fast growing major organisation based in Melbourne as a GRC Analyst, reporting directly into the GRC manager. The business will be growing their security capability with a team not often seen in ANZ. The company wants to develop you, see you hitting your milestones and is keen to heavily invest you. It can only do so, if you have had exposure to GRC, can demonstrate committment and a proven willingness to upskill/learn (certifications, internships, entry level roles etc.).

About the role:

* Assist with the development and maintenance of risk and compliance frameworks.
* Support internal audits, regulatory obligations, and incident management processes.
* Draft and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
* Work closely with stakeholders across the business to embed good governance practices.
* Contribute to risk assessments and help monitor control effectiveness.

About you:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a GRC or audit-related role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders.
* Excellent documentation and policy writing abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and structured, analytical thinking.
* A clear desire to learn, set goals, and exceed expectations in a supportive environment.
