We're hiring a Change Manager to support the execution of a workforce management system implementation within a leading construction environment. This is a delivery-focused role, working with an established change plan to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of new technologies across a large, distributed workforce.

About the Role

You will be responsible for executing the change strategy, focusing on engagement, communication, training delivery, and resistance management during the rollout of a national compliance and workforce management platform.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in driving technology adoption-particularly in environments involving site-based or blue-collar workforces.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the existing change management plan to support project delivery
- Drive user engagement and adoption across business units and subcontractor groups
- Deliver change activities including communications, training coordination, and stakeholder support
- Work closely with project, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment in delivery
- Lead resistance management and provide hands-on support during go-live and transition
- Support change reporting and monitor outcomes to ensure successful adoption

What You'll Bring

- Experience in change management for system implementations, ideally in construction or similar industries
- Hands-on delivery capability - you're execution-focused, not strategy-focused
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across operational and office-based teams
- Experience supporting blue-collar or site-based workforces through change
- Ability to manage training rollout, stakeholder coordination, and frontline engagement effectively
