IT Desktop Support

- 3-month fixe term contract - temp to perm possible
- Unrestricted working rights required (PR or Citizenship)
- Sydney CBD - hybrid - 4 days on site
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 1/2 Desktop Support Analyst to join a professional services organisation, as part of one of the leading organistaions in their field.
About you
- Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies - M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
- Exprience supporting hardware issues with laptops, phones, printer issues.
- AV experience considered favourably.
- Experience offering support both remotely and in person.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Relevant qualifications in IT or related field.
About the role
-Providing Level 1/2 deskside support to users.
- Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.
- Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.
- Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business.
