Support the MD with day-to-day PA tasks, accounts and general office admin

Right-Hand to the MD | PA, Accounts & Office Support (Remote, but must be located in Melbourne)
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on PA & Office All-Rounder to support our Managing Director. This fully remote role (with occasional catch-ups in Melbourne) is perfect for someone who enjoys variety - combining accounts, admin, and general office support to keep everything running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Manage MYOB data entry, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations
- Process monthly remittances and assist with accounts administration
- Support phone calls and customer queries, directing traffic where needed
- Help with WMS/imports admin and stock forecasting
- Assist with cash flow tracking, OH&S, and general compliance reminders
- Provide day-to-day PA support to the MD

- Confident in MYOB and general accounts tasks
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Friendly, professional communication, happy to pick up the phone
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help wherever required
