We're partnering with a leading organisation that is investing heavily in internal security and fraud prevention. As the Internal Threat & Anti-Fraud Manager, you'll take ownership of critical investigations and play a key role in shaping a maturing security culture. This is an opportunity to come in and shape the domain from scratch.

About the Role
‍

• Lead and manage investigations into insider threats, internal fraud, phishing, and physical security incidents
• Develop and implement proactive insider threat monitoring strategies
• Collaborate with cyber, fraud, HR, and legal teams to ensure effective response and mitigation
• Prepare clear reports and briefings for senior stakeholders on security incidents and trends
• Build and maintain threat intelligence specific to internal and fraud-related risks
• Establish frameworks and playbooks for incident response and internal investigations

About You
‍

• Proven experience in internal investigations, anti-fraud, or insider threat management
• Strong understanding of fraud risk indicators, behavioural analytics, and relevant tools
• Familiarity with phishing and social engineering techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate with discretion and high levels of trust
