I’m Head of Projects, Change and Transformation at Emmbr with the focus on helping organisations to solve problems by introducing strong and diverse leadership talents. I drive the engagement with professionals, executive and senior leaders in the Projects Management and Business Transformation market.
I started my recruitment journey in the UK back in 2017 and Emmbr/Marshall McAdam was my first recruitment organisation that I worked at when I returned to Australia. Unfortunately, it was during the pandemic and things didn't work out back then, but I stayed in touch with Anton and I have always dreamed of returning and working with him again. I always felt that the company culture and values at Emmbr align with my own.
My background is in IT, specifically Transformation and Projects. Over the last 7 years I have gained a lot of knowledge in Agile ways of working, project and program management, Change and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Outside of work, I am an avid football fan and I enjoy watching Manchester United.
