With 23 years experience in recruiting across Australia, the UK, Europe and the Americas, I joined the team at Emmbr as Director for Technology in 2019, moving to Chief Executive Officer in 2021.
My main focus at Emmbr is to set our strategic priorities and oversee our operations providing advice, guidance, mentoring and coaching to the team. I ensure we stay true to our mission; “to transcend the market for technology talent solutions”.
I live by the motto “fall in love with your customers’ problems, not your solutions” and spend most of time dedicated to this pursuit. I’m proud to lead Emmbr, the future we’re building and way we collaborate as a team. Seeing each and every person at Emmbr fulfill their potential is a major motivator for me.
A Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology has provided a strong foundation that has helped to develop a framework for success in building, mentoring and leading teams to achieve their potential.
I personally love music, reading, coffee and trying to stay fit. Fun fact: I got my 5km swimming badge at age 8. I am proud of it :)
