I arrived in Australia from the UK back in January 2018 and started my career that year in the world of IT recruitment. I currently lead our Technology & Engineering team across Software Development & Testing, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security, and IT Infrastructure. Having started my career recruiting in the Infrastructure space, since 2019, I have specialised in the Software Development market.
My main focus at Emmbr is to develop the capability of the team whilst delivering talent solutions to our customers. Whether it be working closely with a candidate to find a role that genuinely motivates them or with a hiring manager to help build a high-performance team, I just love working with people to find the right solution.
With a background in competitive sports and a Bachelors Degree in Sports Science from the University of Bath, I love working in a team and am highly driven to achieve the best result possible
Personally, I love playing all sports but you'd usually find me on the road bike or playing 5-a-side football. And if you're really lucky, you might find me salsa dancing.
