James Roche

I’m James Roche. I’m the Manager of Customer Success here at Emmbr, working in Projects and Change team. Over the course of my career, I’ve recruited right across all disciplines and levels of IT. Today, my focus is on working closely with our partners to really understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions that add value beyond expectations.

I originally started my recruitment career back home in Ireland, before spending several years working in IT Project Management and Service Design. Eventually, I found my way back to recruitment — and I haven’t looked back since. I love being able to apply my background in innovation and service design to help clients in new and meaningful ways.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my young family or trying to keep up with as much sport as possible — Gaelic sports, golf, and tennis are my go-tos. I’ve got a background in competitive sports, so staying active is a big part of my life. One new thing I’d love to take on is skiing — I’ve only tried it once but absolutely loved it, so that’s definitely on the list!
