I joined Emmbr in 2009, along with the founders of the business. Over the past 13 years, I have specialised in building a deep network of specialist tech talent professionals, including senior executives, and building a team of recruitment professionals to support the delivery of projects for our clients.
Having worked in recruitment over the last (nearly) 20 years in the technology and finance markets, I believe that the best outcomes for all parties can only be achieved by bringing people along for the journey, and truly understanding what motivates or triggers a person’s engagement. This is where my strong leadership skills and experience come into play. My focus is on supporting my team toward achieving goals and overcoming challenges for our customers.
Outside the workplace, I spend my time caring for my beloved children, off-grid camping, wakeboarding, travelling, reading, drinking red wine, and eating chocolate.
