Phillip Hayde

I’m Philip Hayde, Practice Lead for Business and Technology Transformation in the Projects and Change team at Emmbr.

I specialise in Project Services and Change Management, supporting organisations through large scale transformation programs and plugging critical capability gaps across project management, business analysis, and change. My team delivers augmentation, fixed term, and permanent recruitment solutions to keep major programs moving.

I began my career in technology recruitment before moving into consulting, where I managed large transformation initiatives. After five years, I returned to recruitment to combine both disciplines and deliver stronger outcomes for clients. I’m passionate about building long term relationships, strategic sales, and not taking rejection too personally.

Outside of work, I’m a keen runner, a dad to a very energetic 2.5 year old, and someone who prefers winter over summer. I’m also hoping to learn guitar this year.
