I’m a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Emmbr, specialising in Cyber Security and IT Security Risk. I’m based in Melbourne, and I partner with security, technology, and talent acquisition leaders to recruit across Security Engineering, Identity, SecOps, GRC, Cyber Risk, and senior leadership up to CISO. While most of my work is in Melbourne, I also support Sydney, the broader Australian market, and select assignments in Asia and Europe.

For over four years, I’ve led Emmbr’s cyber security specialisation, building a network of 15,000+ security professionals, including 7,000 coded profiles. I’m active in the community through events like BSides Melbourne, AISA CyberCon, AISA Branch Meetings, and AISA SydneySec, and I regularly present at conferences, including CyberCon.

I work closely with Lara Diz, our Delivery Partner in Cyber Security, who maintains ongoing communication with candidates to ensure transparency, accurate market insights, and a smooth recruitment process. Together we provide comprehensive coverage of cyber security talent needs while delivering a professional experience for clients and candidates.

At Emmbr, our broader security capability extends beyond technical recruitment into areas such as Cyber Awareness, Cyber Business Analysis, and Program Management, supporting organisations to deliver larger-scale initiatives. With access to a coded database and niche talent pools, we deliver carefully curated shortlists of pre-assessed candidates, helping organisations strengthen their security capability and helping professionals advance their careers.

I’m originally from Germany and have made Melbourne home. I’m known for a direct, outcome-focused approach. Outside of work, I enjoy building tech projects, attending sporting events, and following football, skiing, and athletics.
