The Opportunity:

In this role, you'll become the go-to technical leader across a suite of critical applications, integrations, and vendor relationships - taking full ownership of the organisation's technical capability and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

You'll be working across:

• Application architecture and roadmap planning
• Vendor coordination and management
• Low-code integration platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft
• Hands-on development in modern languages like Java or C#
• Solution design to support scalable, high-performing business systems

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end technical capability of core business applications and integration platforms.
• Lead vendor engagement across multiple service providers and technical partners - ensuring alignment, delivery, and quality.
• Contribute to architecture and solution design, collaborating with internal teams and senior stakeholders to deliver smart, scalable systems.
• Be hands-on where it matters - from low-code integrations to coding best practices and technical troubleshooting.
• Champion a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach, helping the business achieve more with better systems and fewer blockers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, translating business needs into elegant technical solutions.

About You:

• Technical background in application development and integration
• Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or other low-code integration platforms
• Solid understanding of Java, C#, or similar modern programming languages
• Proven ability to manage vendors and external development teams
• You enjoy working across the full stack - from big-picture thinking to fine-grain code details
