Software Development experience
As an AI Solutions Developer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, designing and delivering bespoke AI tools and applications that make a real impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, General Counsel, and Knowledge, to identify opportunities and implement cutting-edge solutions using both traditional and low-code development platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, ServiceNow, and Appian.
Responsibities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain custom AI solutions and low-code applications
- Lead AI-driven projects from concept to implementation
- Create applications using the OutSystems platform, ensuring performance and quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational processes and efficiencies
- Provide training and support on AI tools and best practices
- Contribute to AI governance and promote responsible AI use across the business
- Stay on top of the latest AI and tech trends to drive continuous innovation
Requriments
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- AWS Bedrock or Azure AI preferd
- 5+ years in software development, including 2+ years in low-code development (OutSystems preferred)
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with successful project outcomes
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, ReactJS, SQL) and programming languages (Python and/or R)
- Strong understanding of application architecture, data privacy, and cybersecurity principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Previous experience in professional services environments is a plus
