Transformation Program Director

Lead enterprise-wide transformation for a major Australian organisation. This is a senior contract role embedded across a complex, multi-workstream portfolio within an established Enterprise Delivery function.

What You'll Be Doing
‍

• Providing senior delivery leadership across multiple concurrent enterprise transformation programs
• Owning program governance, budget management, benefits realisation and reporting
• Managing complex stakeholder environments across business units, technology, and senior leadership
• Overseeing multiple vendors and third-party delivery partners
• Identifying and managing cross-program dependencies, risks and issues
• Challenging assumptions, asking the right questions, and calling things out when needed
• Contributing to the uplift of delivery maturity across the broader portfolio

What We're Looking For
‍

• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-workstream, multi-year enterprise transformation programs
• Experience managing across multiple programs and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong vendor and third-party management experience
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging at C-suite and executive level
• Ability to operate effectively in environments still maturing their delivery frameworks
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery discipline
• High degree of commercial acumen and budget management experience
