This is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a utilities regulatory program. You'll act as the critical link between business stakeholders and solution architects, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and delivered.

Your focus will be on gathering and refining requirements, facilitating workshops, and building alignment across technical and business teams. Depending on project needs, you may also support UAT testing to ensure solutions meet both regulatory and operational standards.

This role requires proven experience in AEMO regulatory projects and a strong background within the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities
‍

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements with clarity and precision
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to surface needs and align solutions
• Act as the bridge between solution architects and business leaders to ensure shared understanding
• Support UAT testing activities where required, including test planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with AEMO regulatory frameworks throughout delivery
• Contribute BA discipline and structured approaches to support project success

About you
‍

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large programs
• Must have AEMO regulatory project experience
• Strong background in the utilities sector (energy, gas, electricity)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences
• Proven capability in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation
• Experience contributing to UAT and solution validation activities
