Technical Lead

We're seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the build of modern cloud platforms and applications. This role suits someone who still loves coding, thrives on solving complex problems, and can set the technical direction while staying close to the tools.

What you'll do
‍

• Lead by example with hands-on coding in .NET, Azure, and modern integration patterns
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure services, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and CI/CD pipelines
• Build and optimise APIs, event-driven systems, and data integrations at scale
• Embed security and quality into the codebase through DevSecOps practices
• Mentor and guide engineers, lifting capability across the team while remaining delivery focused
• Work closely with business and product stakeholders to translate technical solutions into tangible outcomes

What you'll bring
‍

• Strong commercial experience building applications in .NET and delivering solutions on Azure
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and integration (Azure API Management, Service Bus, Databricks)
• Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform/Bicep) and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Practical knowledge of security standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT) and how to apply them in code
• Ability to balance coding, mentoring, and technical leadership - someone who thrives in both the detail and the big picture
• Microsoft certifications in Azure (Solutions Architect/Developer/Administrator) highly regarded
