Digital QA Analyst

We're currently partnering with a well-known organisation undergoing a major website uplift and are looking for a Digital QA Analyst to support testing across a customer-facing web platform.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has worked across website rebuilds, digital transformations or front-end web projects and enjoys balancing both hands-on manual testing and modern automation approaches where appropriate.
You'll work closely with developers, product teams and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes across new functionality, integrations and customer experience improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Testing customer-facing web applications and digital platforms
- Performing manual, regression, responsive and cross-browser testing
- Supporting end-to-end and integration testing activities
- Working closely with developers to identify, reproduce and resolve defects
- Contributing to test planning, test cases and defect management
- Supporting release and deployment activities across the project lifecycle
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working across website uplift, rebuild or digital transformation projects
- Strong front-end/web testing experience across customer-facing platforms
- Experience within Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to automation or scripting tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
- Strong understanding of responsive, UI and browser compatibility testing
- Ability to work collaboratively within lean, fast-moving project teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
