D365 Functional Consultant | Melbourne | $160,000 + super

We're looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team and help deliver business-critical projects in a modern Azure environment. You'll be working hands-on with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, shaping requirements into user stories, and ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and business-ready.

What you'll do
‍

• Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows and user stories
• Configure Dynamics 365 through drag-and-drop and flow-based tools, ensuring clean, efficient setups
• Work closely with developers, testers and stakeholders to ensure business needs are met end-to-end
• Provide input on Power Platform capabilities (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend D365 solutions
• Explore opportunities to apply AI/Co-Pilot features to streamline processes and improve user experience
• Act as a trusted advisor, bringing strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and push back when needed

What you bring
‍

• Strong background as a D365 Functional Consultant with proven delivery experience
• Hands-on configuration skills across D365 in an Azure environment
• Solid understanding of process flows, workflows and functional design
• Experience working with the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills able to influence and manage expectations
• Exposure to AI/Co-Pilot functionality in Microsoft platforms highly regarded
