The Role
‍

• As a Senior Project Manager you will be well versed in running RFP processes, evaluating systems and driving the process to select a fit-for-purpose solution for finance & rostering.
• You will bring strong experience in ERP systems, in particular finance modules and/or rostering / time & attendance. Liaising with external vendors, internal technical teams, finance people and stakeholders, you have solid project management skills and will be well versed with the typical challenges of a move from an existing system to another.
• Familiarity with TechnologyOne and/or Time Target by Humanforce is an advantage, but isn't necessary, although you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience with similar products.

Skills & Experience
‍

• Demonstrated skills & experience in Project Management, with a particular focus on Finance, Rostering, Time & Attendance ERP systems
• Proven experience running RFP processes, working with external vendors and selecting fit-for-purpose products
• Experience working from selection through to implementation
• Able to lead technical teams, hold vendors accountable and work to a timeline & budget
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a less structured and process-driven environment
• Ability to work autonomously, but with support when needed
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage, but isn't mandatory
• Tertiary Qualification in IT or other relevant industry is beneficial
• Industry Certifications, such as Prince2, PMBOK or others that are relevant may be advantageous

This role is HYBRID, with 3 days per week required in the office, which is inner city, and located towards the East of Melbourne's CBD.
