You'll be instrumental in facilitating business planning processes and establishing robust capabilities to support our rapid expansion.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse commercial briefs to inform business planning.
• Assist in prioritising initiatives based on strategic alignment.
• Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders for decision-making.
• Track initiatives through their lifecycle and assess benefits realisation.
• Develop demand and supply views to aid prioritisation.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly business planning processes.
• Collaborate on benefits measurement and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to support the business planning process.
• Ensure compliance with governance and provide regular reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in portfolio analysis or similar roles within organisations with a centralised PMO.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret unstructured data.
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech environments.
• Experience developing and facilitating prioritisation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to benefits realisation frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Fintech, CFD/Forex would be a big plus
