IT Technical Field Engineer

This is a great opportunity for a Technical Field Engineer to join a busy, collaborative team supporting a multi-site environment, delivering high-quality support on-site.

About You
‍

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service across all levels of the business
• Experience in end user/field support in enterprise environment (3+ years preferred)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Experience supporting core infrastructure including rack inspections, cable management, patching
• Experience supporting technologies VoIP and legacy PABX telephony systems
• Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle required

About the Role
‍

• Provide Level 2 and 3 end user support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices
• Deliver both remote and face-to-face support across multiple sites
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues to restore services quickly
• Support a range of technologies including end user devices, communications systems and site-based infrastructure
• Manage and track incidents through to resolution, ensuring strong user communication throughout
• Participate in an after-hours on-call roster as part of the support team
