The Role
‍

This is a hands-on development role focused on building and enhancing a Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with a strong emphasis on Power Automate and workflow engineering. You'll be designing, developing and optimising solutions rather than just maintaining them, working across automation, integrations and system enhancements.

What You'll Be Doing  
‍

• Build and enhance Power Automate workflows to drive business process automation
• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (plugins, workflows, scripts)
• Design and deliver integrations across systems
• Troubleshoot and optimise performance of flows and CRM components
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement across the platformWhat You'll Bring
• Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer
• Hands-on development experience with Power Automate (complex flows, error handling, optimisation)
• Experience building custom solutions within Dynamics 365 (plugins, scripts, customisations)
• Solid understanding of integrations and system design
• Ability to work end-to-end from requirements through to delivery

Nice to have
‍

• Experience with PowerShell, JavaScript or Python * Exposure to broader Power Platform (Power Apps, etc.)
• Microsoft certifications
